At Penguin Shuttle, we aim to provide reliable and flexible transport and tour services.
We understand that plans sometimes change, and we do our best to accommodate our clients fairly.
This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, or email.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once:

You have received written or WhatsApp confirmation from Penguin Shuttle, and

Payment (full or deposit) has been received or agreed upon.
By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Cancellations by the Customer
Free Cancellation

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund (if pre-paid).
Partial Refund

Cancellations made 12–24 hours before your scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No Refund

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund, as the vehicle and driver will already have been reserved.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the time of cancellation confirmation.
