By booking with us or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.

Services
We provide private shuttle transfers, long-distance routes, and guided tours along the Garden Route and beyond — including services between Port Elizabeth, Knysna, George, and Cape Town.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

A booking is only confirmed once:

You receive written confirmation from Penguin Shuttle, and
-
Payment terms (if applicable) have been agreed upon.

Please ensure all details (pickup time, address, number of passengers, and special requests) are correct when confirming your booking.
Pricing & Payments

Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Pricing may vary depending on route, distance, and number of passengers.

Payment methods include:

Cash, EFT, or Card (if available).

For tours or long-distance bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Full payment must be received before or at the time of transfer, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations & Refunds

We understand travel plans can change.

Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

50% fee: Cancellations within 12–24 hours.
-
No refund: Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows.

For prepaid bookings, refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
